Great for Groups Looking to Relax

The room was clean, updated, and had that cabin feeling with its log headboard. I loved relaxing on the deck with a cold drink, watching the deer graze nearby; really, that view, man, you can’t beat it!

During my stay, i enjoyed the beautiful views and quiet atmosphere, which were perfect for relaxing after my neighborhood strolls, and the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like dowdell's knob, which is just a pleasant 2.5 km away, ideal for anyone who loves walking through scenic landscapes. however, the pre-arrival process could be a bit more flexible but did not overshadow my overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy king lodge room with stunning mountain views and a lovely pool area to relax in. The pool and sun terrace were perfect spots for unwinding after a day of exploring. One minor downside was the green tint around the shower drain, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. 🌄

The check-in was seamless, and the room included essential amenities like a fridge and microwave, making for a convenient stay. However, cleanliness left much to be desired, as some areas were not well maintained. The pool was a hit with the kids, but it would have been nice to have breakfast options available as advertised.

I loved the rustic charm that surrounded me during my stay. The heart-shaped jacuzzi tub in my Queen Lodge Room made our evenings special! The fine views of the Pine Mountains while lounging on the terrace were nice. Plus, I had the most enjoyable time exploring the nearby hiking trails located right within FDR State Park!
