Great for Groups Looking to Relax
The room was clean, updated, and had that cabin feeling with its log headboard. I loved relaxing on the deck with a cold drink, watching the deer graze nearby; really, that view, man, you can’t beat it!
It wasn’t inexpensive, but still, you get what you pay for, ya know?

beautiful views and peaceful surroundings enhance city wanderings
During my stay, i enjoyed the beautiful views and quiet atmosphere, which were perfect for relaxing after my neighborhood strolls, and the central location made it easy to explore nearby attractions like dowdell's knob, which is just a pleasant 2.5 km away, ideal for anyone who loves walking through scenic landscapes. however, the pre-arrival process could be a bit more flexible but did not overshadow my overall experience.

We enjoyed our stay in a cozy king lodge room with stunning mountain views and a lovely pool area to relax in. The pool and sun terrace were perfect spots for unwinding after a day of exploring. One minor downside was the green tint around the shower drain, but it didn't spoil our overall experience. 🌄

The check-in was seamless, and the room included essential amenities like a fridge and microwave, making for a convenient stay. However, cleanliness left much to be desired, as some areas were not well maintained. The pool was a hit with the kids, but it would have been nice to have breakfast options available as advertised.

Rustic, rustic, rustic
I loved the rustic charm that surrounded me during my stay. The heart-shaped jacuzzi tub in my Queen Lodge Room made our evenings special! The fine views of the Pine Mountains while lounging on the terrace were nice. Plus, I had the most enjoyable time exploring the nearby hiking trails located right within FDR State Park!
100% recommend ❤️❤️

Our family had an amazing time hiking the Pine Mountain Trail, where we spotted deer and wild turkeys. The view was breathtaking, and the kids loved climbing and exploring. The grounds were well-maintained, with a lovely pool area that's perfect for hot summer days.
In my wife’s opinion, the lack of a family-friendly restaurant on-site made meal planning a bit of a challenge.

Wow, the fresh salads around here are a real treat! We stumbled upon a nearby spot with local flavors that'll have your taste buds dancing. Also, the cozy vibe of the cabin was just right, and I loved the friendly staff's insights into local hikes.
Now, my only hiccup was that the walls are paper-thin—every footstep sounded like a herd of cattle. So, a top-floor room might just save your sanity!

The views from my room were stunning and really added to the relaxing atmosphere of the stay. While there were some issues with the shower and refrigerator, the staff was very attentive and willing to help. I also appreciated the good location, which made it easy to explore local attractions. Overall, a great place for a peaceful getaway.

We hiked the Pine Mountain Trail and saw deer and wild turkeys. Horseback riding was a stress-reliever, and Robin Lake's beach was perfect for water sports. The room was cozy, and the staff was super friendly. Can't wait to come back!
Only downside was the lack of a dishwasher in our cabin. This made it annoying to do dishes after cooking. For the price we paid, I expected better kitchen amenities.

Loved the airy lodge room with charming woodsy vibes! The comfy beds were a dream after our exhausting hikes to those mesmerizing falls. Perfect location for outdoor adventures and relaxing evenings by the fire pit.
However, I must confess, I had a tough time with the internet. If only I could’ve connected as easily as I connect my social life – oh well!
